In this episode we throw the BRZ on the dyno and do a quick review of the work put into the engine swap.

  1. Wait, the car dealerships will help tune a car that has a swapped engine? I don't know much yet, but that is interesting. I thought that would void warranty and such.

  2. What Radiator model number or size did you upgrade to? And how are the cooling temps now? Are you using only distilled or mixed with toyota red?

  3. Just binge watched this series again. Love this build. Of all the builds this one is still one of my favs. It was just Chris in his shop doing a thing.

  4. Hahaha “lets have some fun with the horse power that we have” 4am and he is like “how can I get 700 hp out of this car” hahahaha after 38 episode and nobody is happy with this build because we wanted this to turn out great as much as you, but no worries, as you said, maybe one day! Man I really love your channel.

  5. Congratulations on your build, as for not needing special skills? I disagree because I think you have shown a huge amount of skill, determination and perseverance. Don't sell yourself short

  6. Not gonna lie kinda sounds like you’re trying to convince your self that you’re not disappointed with it. Should of put a manual trans into it and put more money into the power vs the body kit. I say this to people all the time put the money into the power before the looks. Also that exhaust sounds horrible.

  7. So basically did some halfassed 2j swap that barely doubles stock horsepower with an engine well known to exceed 600hp without building the block. Spending alot more money than throwing rods in the fa20 to then safely boost it past 12psi.. smh. Meanwhile losing all the creature comforts like ac, tc, abs, speedo, tach, fuel lvl, water temp.. everything the stock cluster gives you without providing a solution to the real issue of any engine swap which is translating engine can bus languages to talk to the CPU so you don't lose stock gauges and accessories. A solution that isn't a 6 grand plug and play delivery just to keep stock functions.. Any monkey that can turn a wrench and fabricate engine mounts can swap an engine..swapping it seamlessly is another story altogether. 400hp boosted jz that starts life at 280hp lmao.. facepalm
