44. That's not a language barrier, that's a cultural barrier. Giving the cop a nice bill to look the other way is how it's down in Mexico. I think every immigrant should get one pass on trying to bribe because there are honestly people who think that is what they should do, because it's all they know because that is how it works in many countries.
