Rude, making that mom walk the bike home. 😡
and the cop does NOTHING to help the elderly woman with the moped…..nice.
Call his mom?? He’s like 75!
I thought he was trying to say real witness
Is it just me or does this guys voice sound like Ben affeck
WE all a ‘wheel witness’ to y’all making granny push that liquorcycle home!!! To protect and serve went out the window with THAT choice, little boy with a big gun!!!
no dui and they let mom push the moped home? ummmmm
"I dont need EMS" …. Shows his bent arm 😂ðŸ˜ÂÂ
Wow, just wow, no DUI? How friggin lucky.
somebody's getting grounded with no pocket money for a month
This man's pain tolerance is unreal drunk or not.
"Are you diagnosed with anything that would cause a speech impediment." "Other than drinking, no. I was drinking at the bar up there." Yeah. which means. I was driving drunk. Lucky he was knocked off the bike so they couldn't arrest him.
Poor old mom has to walk that stupid moped back to her place all by herself in the dark? Nice going guys.
Weal witness
I can smell weed???????
Okayyyy, he could’ve helped her take it back home
I don't get why he's not arrested for DWI. He admitted to drinking, and he admitted he was driving.
is drunk driving really popular in usa?
They made that old lady push that moped home?! I know he’s only down the road a bit but they coulda helped her at least
Mama’s- u gotta raise your sons up right so u not still getting calls to help them with the cops at 65! Good Lord! That’s just sad.
You can say what you want about this guy. I have known him for quite some time. He is a good man! He will give you the shirt off his back, the shoes off his feet and you could probably talk him out of his last beer. You're a trip Russ!!! Russ you are so lucky that was Deputy Marrero. You know how they used to be. They're just like we are too. They have a job to do.
The least thing thing that 'cop' could have done is help the mom push the Moped home. That showed his truth worth. Lousy lazy cop.
No more Live PD you’re still working on it
He's lucky he didn't get a DUI.. theres another LivePD where lady gets a DUI for driving a scooter drunk
You just let an 80 year old woman walk by herself down a dark street? Classy!
That cop didn't help that old lady get the moped around the corner to her house, wtf man?!?!?
Wait so if you get out of a car after DUI Wrecking, you can just get out of the car and say there's no wheel proof but apparently on a moped you can I don't get it
His mom?? She looks good for 100…..cause that dudees gotta be pushing 70……
I hate when cops mix up DUI & DWI. It’s one thing when the public mixes it up, however, when it’s your job to know this, then it shows blatant ignorance honestly. Stupid cop.
Ok, I’m going to call BS on this episode. I’ve been a nurse for 26 years and YOU SHOULD BE ABSOLUTELY ABSOLUTELY ASHAMED OF YOURSELF FOR MAKING THAT LITTLE ELDERLY WOMAN PUSH THAT MOPED DOWN THE STREET IN THE DARK!!! I’m sorry guys but the policeman could have helped her. Watching her try to get over that curb was killing me.
To serve and to protect huh????
i DIED when they showed the cop at the end talk to the camera while granny in the background pushing that moped down the road
U don't need a license for a mopeds.wonder how that work for dwi
My guy got away with one here, because he actually was describing driving the moped (zig zag). Officer could've given the dui.
mom sells moped to pay her chiropractor bill.
I would’ve offered to walk the bike for that dude’s mom, poor thing lol
Anyone else notice how rough that squad truck sounded?
this video should be called “wheel witness†instead. even the officer stumbled when he said it the first time
How is he not going to jail for DWI? All the signs of alcohol, alcohol on the scooter, he admitted to DWI, admitted the scooter is his… …. case closed.
Wheal witness…
"Luckily he wasn't seriously hurt"? Minor injuries? The dude's hand was pointing the wrong way! And yeah, the cop should've helped Homers 94 year old mom push the moped home. How can they all just stand there and watch her heave? Was the back tire even turning?
He lives with his mom in his 60s….
Anyone else think the cop looks like Ben Affleck? Lol
Ahhh…the old "possum" excuse…ðŸ˜â€Â
OMG how did he get out of this?
Man, this is Florida, Land of the Retiree's. They are retired, play golf, get wasted, and drive moped's & golf carts drunk or wasted. haha It's ok,man, most stay in their golf course subdivisions. Some hit the roads in vehicles, but stay mainly close to home. I've got my place in South Carolina for sale so I can move back to Florida. This will be my 3rd and last time. I lost my wonderful husband to cancer when he was 45 back in 2004 and moved here. Worked as much as I could on this place and now it's time to go back home to where he and I had friends and had a life. He never made it here. We had a place in Tennessee when he passed that we bought 2 & 1/2 yrs earlier. I am not ready to retire, although 2 Doctors forced me onto Disability in 2007. I may need my knees replaced, but I'm far from being ready for the boneyard yet. A&E, thank you for these shows. I love reading the comments too. Take care y'all and enjoy the show, I know I am. <3
