Growing up with comedian Phil Hartman in the 1960s
Before he found comedy, Hartman enjoyed Southern Californian life in the 1960s. He was the class clown, surfed, picked up painting and lived a rock-and-roll lifestyle.

It’s 2021 and the story still fucks me up. Goddamn I can’t believe she did it in front of the kids man
His cameo on “so I married an axe murderer†was one of the funniest few seconds of that movie.
So sad..
How come I don't hear about his case more often. I really thought he committed "suicide"
Never stay with abusive cheating women
What a useless bitch
2:50 Phil Hartman graduated with Squeaky Fromm ??
I saw this movie on Tubi the other night.
I found it to be very interesting. I think it was about 1:37 in length.

"Behind Closed Doors" Phil Hartman (TV Episode 2018) – IMDb
His death was and still is shocking to me. He seemed like a really cool dude. Why would she do that ?
Such a wasted talent this man was we hadn't even seen the best of him yet when this happened.
Phil hartman is in a better place called heaven😪😥😰ðŸ˜ÂÂ😇
Phil is missed by many. However, he did good by living a sweet life. Thanks for all the great memories Phil.
Never heard of him before this.
I wonder if those people in the hot spring know how lucky they were
I still laugh about "Unfrozen Caveman Lawyer".
Another example of how dumb guns are. People think they’re safer with them and once again it’s proven you’re not. Watch the first 48 on A&E and after every episode you’ll say the same thing- “if you just didn’t own the gun you wouldn’t be in jail for the rest of your life . nobody wants to break into your dumb house people….no one is after you and no you don’t hunt… get rid of your gun before someone ends up dead or in a cage (jail). Nothing useful is going to come out of owning a gun…. you’re going to look at it point it play with it clean it and you can’t wait to use it finally your big day will come you get to use your gun and you end up in a cage.
Well it's only 11am and I'm jealous of a dead guy. This will be a good day.
GREAT GUY
This is NOT "the last days of Phil Hartman." This is the life story of Phil Hartman
always find it kinda surreal to hear people analyze someone’s life and what they were thinking posthumously
Oh my god his voice was actually that cool
I miss troy
i miss him so much this hurts
Awful. So awful. He was such a gift. ðŸ’â€Â😥😞
i fucking started crying the MINUTE this started playing…. Brynn … Andy… you suck. thank you SO much for this video
So glad I found this!!!
Back in the 90s I LOVED Phil so much. I thought, I finally found a comedian I completely love. All his stuff on late night was just priceless. So natural and smooth and hilarious. Such an awesome talent and funny to the bone. Miss him so much.
a true comedic genius gone way too soon! His wife had alot of mental and substance abuse issues and to be honest? I dont think he ever attempted to help her!! and thats the SAD SAD part!!!
They buried him next to his psycho killer wife, can you believe that?
I honestly did not know this guy was dead until yesterday. So sad.
she obviously didn't know how to be married to a successful actor and believed that because he was successful she was supposed to be successful. lesson: don't stay married to fucked up people who don't understand how the world works and aren't mature enough to be a supporter to a spouse's fame and success.
God what a lost
Wait all of us in Edmonton, Alberta thought WE were “The Home Of The Great One†(Gretzky)
😂😂
Lucky for us that he went into comedy rather than the Manson Family.
i cried so hard when he died
What a Great Talent. Lost!
Hi, I'm Troy McClure, you may remember me from such shows as 'the Simpsons' and 'the last days of Phil Hartman' RIP Phil
this is why "Longhouse" is such an important part of indigenous culture. (js)
Man I just found out today that he is dead. My family and I used to watch "So I married an ax murderer", where he plays the prison guard who everyone calls him "Vicki".. it made us laugh so much. Now, so heartbroken that he died and in that awful way, but.. I am also happy that he died without suffering. May he rest in peace until joining us in heaven in the future.
How could his wife do this? She had already committed more minor domestic violence crimes in the past, but no one new it would come to this. But I could tell based on some of the things he said in his later interviews, he new it was coming.
O
anyone got any info on the song that plays at around 4:45 ?
"Anything can happen in this world"…..yup
Phil was one of my very dear friends this was such a huge loss for his family, his friends, and everyone that loved his amazing talent. He will always have a special place in my heart.
The most shocking loss of the 1990s. I hope u both are in peace. So sorry. ðŸ’ÂÂðŸ’ÂÂ🕊🕊☮
