  1. Hold up…those things are misdemeanors in Cali? I see cops treating people like they're murderers for things like this in other videos. This seems so much more reasonable. I don't agree with doing drugs..but people becoming felons over stuff like this is wrong. This is how it should be handled. Well done officers.

  2. I am a recovered heroin addict….never touched meth, watching my friends use it was enough to keep me away…but seeing my friends nodding in and out of consciousness, for some odd reason, didn't bother me and, in fact, enticed me.

  3. Bahahaha ticket for meth ! 😂🤣😂🤣

  4. If you do meth, you probably dont do heroin and vice versa. You either up or down. Unless you balling. Plus you already know what kinda of spot this is and needles everywhere. Didnt even search her, just took her word. And a ticket for meth and a pipe. Great outcome, would have been in jail in most places on earth. Great video

  5. and people wonder why homeless drug addicts flock to California. You can get caught with a bag of dope and get a ticket and a court date. I live in Chicago and if a mfer gets caught with even an empty bag of dope that's a felony if there's residue in it which there most likely always is. Even if there isn't they'll say there is. Also in Cali if you steal something that's below 800$ it's foreal a ticket lmaooo. They think they're helping drug addicts but all they're doing is enabling them, seriously that's state is a complete joke.

  6. Ain’t no way that held up in court. It wasn’t in his car, it wasn’t on his person. If they can show that there was all sorts of drugs out there then he totally can get out of that ticket

  7. It blows my mind when I see these cops just give people tickets for meth and meth pipes. I live in a small town in GA and if the cops here find something like that there will be 10 cars with lights flashing, everybody even remotely connected goes to jail and its felony charges for all.
