LG G6 Cameras: Wide Angle + Regular Test Footage!

1. The main camera has ponly 71 degrees. Its too small to take good frame

4. the wide angle is awesome. I've taken some great photos.

5. I wish there was image stablization for when you record there isn't much bouncing movement.

6. OIS is not good. The video shakes obviously.

8. Ok I'm an android fan Always have been. I have the google pixel and I have to say when it comes to optics, especially recording video, Apple iPhones are king. There's something about android cameras when they shoot video it always seems to be too much tuning involved like over sharpness, aggressive stabilization, too much saturation.

11. Is wide-angle camera video quality better after the boosting to 13mp? And does it have a slow motion mode as the main camera?

14. Terrible front camera and only 5 mp while pixel and iphone have 8,video does not look good at all ,you can buy a galaxay s7 and have a better experience what's the point of this phone again?

21. love it! i love LG camera's ever since the G4. what was not good which was shutter speed for quick photos has long gone!
    i like what the guy said in the live link " it's not a pixel race, it's the quality". I feel the same can be said for the chip… in the wrong hands a better chip not utilised properly reduces the user experience.
    Obviously it would have been good to have the latest and greatest chip but they have used this chip, plus other features to the fullest for a user experience. i like the look of this too…. fly like a G6

22. it looks like LG has implemented the same gyroscope based stabilization as Googles Pixel.

23. Can these issues be fixed with updates or is it hardware stuff?

24. (Warning this is my opinion) In daylight looks always oversharpened, hideous! Stabilization is ok, when there is lower light, stabilization gets worse and colors get washed out. Overall it's a nope for me.

27. OIS and dynamic range still looks a bit iffy. hopefully LG addresses this in the final build

28. Terrible video footage, Wobbles and distorts. Front facing is blurry. Jump from wide to telephoto is severe. OIS is awful, LG i'll pass on the G6.

29. Wow the front cam is a huge step backwards compared to the v20.

30. The video quality is good in good lighting conditions, but in low light, like 1:11, it's soft, washed out and overexposed. The front camera is terrible!

31. 3:00 the video stabilization looks super crappy WTH?
