  1. This story is garbage. I live in LA, and I flew back into LAX on Halloween — a day after LAXit went live. It was pretty smooth getting my ride, but most people (probably including your reporter) don't know how to follow instructions. The cars pull up, and you go to an available car if the car is there, but you don't get in line until you get your code from Lyft. The only issue I saw was people not having a code getting in line holding everything up, but it was even better than before — where I often had to wait half an hour because traffic is such a mess since departure drop-off shared the same area with rideshare pickup. BTW, I find it funny your reporter bemoans not getting picked up curbside, but he wasn't even in the right spot since all rideshare pickup is upstairs in the same area with departure drop-off, which caused the traffic mess to begin with. Actually, this is even better since you no longer have to haul luggage up a floor to get picked up by rideshare — and I mean literally haul since the escalators/elevators are non-functioning half the time. Worst case scenario now is that you have to pull up your checked-in luggage onto the shuttle to get to LAXit. Hell, I walked with my luggage from Terminal 3 to LAXit with no problem. This is vastly better than before, and the only people complaining about it are the taxis since they don't have any advantage over rideshare.

TL;DR — this video is fake news. Considering your recent track record, I shouldn't be surprised.

  2. Who are the idiots who run the logistics for these things? I swear they are the most uneducated people who use people as test subjects because they don't have common sense.

  3. I literally was at LAX yesterday after getting back from the Day n Vegas festival, it wasn't bad for me. Not sure if I just got lucky, but people just love to complain

  4. ABC is directly complicit in the abuse of countless underage women. ABC is covering up for Jeffrey Epstein. ABC will be brought to justice. 😘

  5. People need to take the free Green Line shuttle to get to the nearest metro station. From there, they can get an uber much easier.

  6. Hi so I know what you're reporting on but you're missing part of it in your report Uber Black Car service an Uber SUV service and Uber Lux service are all allowed. So please when you're doing these reports let people know the higher-end Uber with the California Public Utilities Transportation Charter permit registered at LAX can literally drive right up to the terminal and pick you up we're not cut off

  7. BREAKING: ABC COVERS UP JEFFREY EPSTEIN PEDOPHILE STORY FOR 3 YEARS, PROTECTING HIGH PROFILE PEDOPHILES IN POLITICS/BUSINESS/SPORTS/ENTERTAINMENT/ETC

  8. Why cover this garbage? Cover the real news. You guys sat on the Jeffrey Epstein story. This network was complacent in the rape of young children by elite pedophiles. Shame on you ABC!!!!
