2. I’m assuming this woman was speaking Spanish and the fact they had no idea how to speak any Spanish is really concerning to me. Almost everyone in that field knows at least some Spanish. Like what’s your name and age.

4. I wanna get shot.

5. Can you imagine being shot, and you’re lying in the dark basically dying and suddenly you’re crowded by dozens of strangers who you can’t understand or communicate with. You have no idea what they’re doing but they start cutting your pants, putting needles in you, putting on a tourniquet, and loading you into the back of an ambulance. And the whole time you’re in immense pain and probably terrified because you’ve just been SHOT several times. I feel for this woman. I hope I’m never in her situation

7. How is it that in 2019 paramedics/cops/fire fighters don't have Google translate on their phones. They'd know in about ten seconds what language she was speaking and would be able to communicate with her 🤷🏼‍♀️

8. Well I can tell you this much. It wasn’t a white person that shot her. They were either black or brown I can guarantee it.

10. This is such a terrifying situation to begin with. I can't imagine how much worse it is when you can't talk to anyone!! And the emt personnel have it harder because they can't even ask her if she has any allergies! Anaphylactic shock on top of being shot?! She'd probably not survive it.

18. I will NEVER understand moving to a country and not being able to speak the native language! I wouldn't move somewhere and not learn the language. I'd be learning it before ever going. Why would you not care if you couldn't communicate appropriately?
