The film is inspired by Bilott’s real-life saga. The corporate attorney battled chemical giant DuPont over PFOA toxins, which West Virginia native Bucky Bailey and his family say impacted their lives.

  1. That is what they did to the slave, they are still killing the black HE REWS, THEY PUT POISON IN THE BLACK AREA , YOU PEOPLE ARE REAPING WHAT YOUR FIRE FATHERS DID TO THE SKAVES.

  2. And here is Dupont's mission statement, on their website right now:

DuPont is using science and innovation to make the world a safer, healthier, and better place to live. It's how we're helping to invent a better now

  3. Never forget, your government is looking out for your best interests! Now, get out there and keep voting for the same senators, congressmen and legislators that keep the ol' lopsided ball rolling! Btw, presidents are just someone to point fingers at and blame! There's a reason all those nut bags on Capitol Hill have been in politics for 40+ years…they hold the real power. Term limits for everyone! Who knows about state governors being elected, serving for 2 years, then, losing their very next election and receiving a lifetime retirement due to their grand 2 years of employment as a governor? Btw, everyone in office is supposed to be a public servant!

  4. Mark 🙏👏👏

  5. OK! Everyone who TRUSTS DuPont, Monsanto, and all the other Uber Chemical companies, raise your hands! (*…crickets…)

  6. thanks to DuPont 98% of all living humans and animals on earth have PFOA in their blood and if that wasnt about as horrifying as you can get..all lives created in the future will be born with PFOA in their blood….so there it is folks…another fantastic contribution to the world from the greatest country in the history of civilisation…pfffft…

  7. Did DuPont change the name from PFOA C8 to another name? Just the same with a different name. I have no confidence in science shills

  8. Is there any way the whole world can sue Dupont?! I want them to pay and go bankrupt!! 😡😡

  9. Number one: Boycott Dupont.
Number two; Put more pressure on our government to do better
Number three; Force Dupont to give all of their capital up and close
Number four; everyone who knew anything must be executed.
Number five; all of the money that Dupont have must go back into the communities that they've affected.

These fuckwits killed many people and are responsible from babies being born deformed. Jail is not enough.

  10. This movie is good. If you watch the documentary 'The Devil We Know' it goes way more in depth about what happened

  11. DuPont is still one of the big movers and shakers man, they merged with Dow Chemical (also pretty infamous) and split into 3 companies, probably to dodge attention, obscure some operations under different names, and avoid the antitrust action they’d been facing since forever. Also most people don’t realize this, but they owned General Motors for a very long ass time, until like the 80s if I remember correctly

  12. I grew up directly across the river from the DuPont plant, in Little Hocking, Ohio. My family drank well water for the first few years, until we got "city water" running through town. My father died of cancer and cancer was detected in my mother's system before she died. I moved from that area in the mid 80's but I'm still terrified about the concentrated amount of C8 that could still be in my system. Thank God for this movie and it's exposure of a greedy, horrendous criminal…DuPont!

  13. “We give thanks to You, O Almighty Yehovah Elohim, the One who is and who was, because You have taken Your great power and have begun to reign. The nations were enraged, and Your wrath has come. The time has come to judge the dead and to reward Your servants the prophets, as well as the saints and those who fear Your name, both small and great— and to destroy those who destroy the earth.” – The people who run these companies, and those who defend their evil, will both be destroyed by Yehoshua Messiah soon. He will judge them, He will destroy them, because they are vile people and deserve it; and, so, we watch and wait patiently for Him to return and keep all His promises! Let the scoffers keep scoffing, and the mockers keep mocking, until the day when He returns; in that day even they will confess that He is Yehovah Elohim, for every knee will bow and every tongue will confess it, but it won't help these wicked people! Their portion is with their father, the Devil, in the lake of fire!

  14. One person really can make a difference against a greater force. With the multitude of environmental crises we're facing in the U.S., we need more people to take the same kind of risks Rob Bilott took to correct these issues.
