The way he talks is kind of cute, as if he were a toddler
Booshound
He got right out after eating those sandwiches in sobering up..in went right back to the liquor store
Arrest somebody because he's drunk sitting on the curb if this was New Orleans the cop would be busy all day putting in overtime
A .262?!?!?! This guy has a serious problem….
That's going with me to my living room
Rookie cop
The most hurricane 8.1% 25oz I can drink is 4 .
The legal continent disturbingly phone because football specially pretend than a petite cowbell. opposite, sudden downtown
Man them hurricanes are heavy duty mang.
Oh and "reefer" lmao
I don’t think he should have been arrested for public intoxication. I rather have him walking than driving. I’ve seen many times where cops take them where they need to go or have a partner or daughter come pick them up. I personally found the arrest very unnecessary especially bc many cops just take the weed and dont charge or write them a ticket when someone is that corroborative.
I’m high rnnn
I'll help you up into some handcuffs
gotta check if i have that size socket 😳😳😳😳😳
He was on his way to work….
Not saying the arrest was wrong. Just a little perturbing he would say THAT was the ticket when it was definitely the pipe. A lot of cops assume drugs in that amount = a ticket but I can tell you ive multiple times walked out of my house been stopped and had nothing happen to me short of having to destroy my weed a couple times (didn't have to do that in missouri they let me keep it. Lived there 10 years.) look up state laws is the moral of the story kids because thats not what cops are paid to do. They know how to charge and if you don't fight the ticket you'll be paying for it. Still havent had a drug/ paraphenalia charge yet and its not for their lack of trying 😉 Never walk out with more than personal use – Sage advice given to me by my stoner dad. To clarify, im not saying its legal at all to have it in your vehicle if you are actively stoned. That is worthy of a ticket but for a guy on the street anything 3.5 g is up to office discretion usually. Unfortunately this dude had priors which means its potentially class A ticket I don't think they would level 6 him for this though poor dude.
Okay thats a little worrying. "You can have that much in the state of Indiana" in a single pack if you can prove self use. In a vast majority of places in the states so long as you're not carrying pipes (which is what he SHOULD have said gave the guy the paraphernalia charge) he said it was the weed. You're allowed up to 3.5 grams in the state of indiana legally if its sealed and out of your reach in a vehicle / somewhere on your person sealed up. In MO that number is something like 7 grams and in saint louis and kansas city its 28 completely decriminalized because of the amount of weed flowing through those area's they can't stop to deal with every dime bag they find.
Man…0930!!
I feel so much better that this dangerous man is off the streets.
Love the taste of chrome and a big ol quart of Hurricane in the morning. Uh uh uh that's a tool.ðŸ˜ÂÂ
Hey man… don’t dump my reefer away.
The laws have actually gotten a lot more chill in Indiana lately 🙂
He's been up all night
Imagine being arrested for something that is legal a 100 miles away.
Lmao he said, "Don't toss my reefer away." Lol he sounded so sad 🤣
