Android’s security is supposed to suck. We’ve heard it plenty of times from plenty of places: Android’s fragmented nature, and phone manufacturers’ laziness when it comes to software updates, means your Android phone is just less secure than an iPhone…. Right? Not so fast.

Smegma? Should be smugman.
also epic roms such as graphene or calyx which have an arguably better security than iphone.
Watching This on my 12 Pro Max
Phishing was kinda fixed with Google Messages and Google Phone for me
Finally someone's saying this
Smugman? Is that the sister brand of Samsung from North Korea. The more you know haha
Ah yes, the most popular phone brand in the world, Smugman ðŸ˜â€Â
Thanks to the SMUGMAN Company who helped ANDROID OS to reach 80% of the world mobile users in market right now !
Yet Google removes hundreds of thousands of malicious apps every year. After millions of downloads. Which is where google's real security issues are.
Apple use iOS to lockdown their customers 💯%
After I finally retired my BlackBerry many years ago I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and I couldn't be happier with Android devices. I never had a single security issue with any of my Samsung Note devices.
Man, this is an awesome video. Nicely made.
Good topic to highlight, good summary of alll the things Android better does nowadays. However a Google locked S10 is unlockable for resetting within 10 minutes, while an iCloud locked iPhone is literally trash. But at least our data is safe 🙂
Blah, blah, blah!!! Very good for 2 or 3 year old phones, or Pixel phones. Try that on phones that are still on Android 4, 5 or 6.
my samsung s9 plus is waiting for the android 11.12
and my
asus zenpad 3, still got android 7 lol
i hate having to stay in some tech window, to get a update, screw that
Loving my Pixel 3 with android 12 beta. Just the battery isn't too good
Smugman
ive had all android since age 18 and ive never had issues 😀 im on a note 20 ultra 5g currently and no issues i get updates every month .
What nonsense most android phones especially the entry and mid level phones never get timely security updates and even major OS updates are not guaranteed.
For me my next purchase will be a android phone which guarantees timely security updates for 5 yrs and OS updates for atleast 3 yrs. Laws must be setup to penalise manufacturers who fail to stick to the OS update guarantee advertised.
Excellent Video
Me using Android 7 with last update from 2018.
Good video
I’m an iPhone user and the Android security issues are being over hyped. Unfortunately Google doesn’t say privacy and security 100 times per keynote like Apple does. And like the video mentioned the moment there’s a security risk due to the Play services those issues literally aren’t even taken advantage of. And I personally don’t count people downloading or opening shady emails or pressing on links they don’t trust because that’s what I call user error. And people on iPhone does the same thing so you can’t blame the software security for that.
SMUGMAN phones are the best 🙃
Google Pixel Titan chips help too
I'm watching this on my Samsung Galaxy A52 that has 4 years of software updates.
Yes now someone should explain this to the dumb iSheeps that their phones are no more secure than android.
Mostly said by moronic apple users.
