  1. Not sure if you'll see this, the paint room isnt light enough. Walls, ceiling, and floor as while as possible. Youd be able to see difference is "shade" better

  2. given that you were using the wrong primer, with a clogged air filter, could you possibly have made the carbon fiber quarter panel work now?

  3. Write a check list of the pre paint steps, hang it on the wall, and follow it…..no more silly mistakes or "bad luck"…

  4. Use filters on your air supply and a air dryer this will prevent fisheyes also they are also created due to silicon in the air the compressor in injesting I’ve seen this a lot and it can happen from someone near you using a silicon based cleaners near you. Dealing with compressed air daily the oil in the screw compressor always gets the blame but is usually not the blame I know you don’t use a screw compressor but thought I should mention I love the Chanel. Cheers Luke

  5. Dude for the love of cars please, please, please stop sanding your shit in the same room u spray in. I guarantee the day you stop doing that rookie crap is the day you stop having so many problems with your paint jobs. I know I'm late and you probably won't see this but holy shit everytime you sand something and then go to spray, makes me wanna smack a penguin 😂. Really though it will make a world of difference. As far as fisheyes glad to see u got the lines taken care of.

  6. The way you have to do the work it's very hard my friend has been spraying for years and it's exactly as you say miss one step and boom crap

  7. PPG has come a real long way in the last decade. They are now on par with some of the finest European paints available. Hopefully you used d894 hi solids clear coat from PPG but who knows.

  8. You should open up an hole I. The rear and out a filter in it rather than leaving the house door open it will create air flow and cut down on your dust

  9. Man I’m so surprised how great of a job y’all do. But MAN where do you guys get the money for all this. I would love to do what y’all do

  10. Any shop you recommend in Houston, Texas? I have own an “gotta have It green” mustang and want it repainted that color with the gold pear in it.

  11. For future paint jobs, you might consider hanging pieces upside down if possible. Then dust will collect on the bottom of the panel (where you probably wouldn't see it anyway) instead of the top.

  12. This might be a good or bad idea but you should just get an air compressor just for your painting and but it someplace in the place that your are painting in.

  13. Not a professional when it comes to cars. But I know my paint. Those fish eyes were probably because of the humidity in the room. After spraying water on the floors and running a fan the room was probably extremely humid. Those tiny water particles stuck to the paint causing the blemishes you saw. Of course it could have been any number of other things. That would just be my best guess. I always make it a point to paint in well ventilated areas using a tent to prevent dust from getting on my projects. Anyway. Do what you will will that, just my two cents.

  14. Painting is very difficult even Tesla makes a lot of paintjob mistakes. Samcrac has an inflatable spray partytent.
