it's a vitamin overdose not caffeine by the way. Energy drinks contains lot of A, B vitamins.

When I was ten years old I got hooked on energy drinks,18 years later I quit drinking Rip It energy drinks over a year ago and honestly I feel amazing! I even put down Black and milds around that same time, I’m officially down 30 lbs since then and I can breathe when I walk🥺 I was diagnosed with high blood pressure at the age of 24 that stuffs no joke. My mom died at 26 from a heart attack in the 90’s so age is never a factor in this y’all.

This happened to me in college, 5hr energy. Most expensive ride I've ever taken, she probably just didn't sleep for a couple days.
