10. I swear, the amount of people who didn't bother to listen for more than a minute. The problem isn't that the pilot dropped fuel, it's that they did it over a populated area with seemingly no good reason. If you look more into the story, they didn't inform ATC of their intent to drop fuel beforehand and their emergency was not severe (i.e. they could definitely have safely reached the ocean before dumping, which is right next to LAX). Thousands of planes experience engine failures all the time, yet almost always when fuel is dropped it is done over sparsely populated areas. The circumstances have to be extremely severe to warrant dropping fuel at low altitude over a city.

    The pilots were absolutely idiotic to say NEGATIVE to air traffic control twice when they offered to hold them over the water to dump.
