  1. The state can't do nothing about it until you get a person who cares. It is hard, but I have a way to stop alot of them. Michael Rogers 937-505-9650. I was born in Oakland. Talk to me or write.631 W. Euclid Ave, Springfield Ohio 45506.

  2. The news needs to do their homework better because the LAFD does not list the call volume for this station at 30,000 calls. They don't even have the vehicles or staff in that one station to run 30,000 calls.

  3. Imagine paying all that money in taxes and what not then walking outside and seeing this all the time and the smell. Man some people are stupid

  4. 6:15 He is just trying to be nice. It's not their fault if it's a psychological problem, but he is wrong about the drug. If it's a drug issue, then it is 100% their fault. They chose to do drugs.

  5. WHAT IN THE HELL IS WRONG WITH EVERYONE THESE ARE HARD CORE KILLER'S PLEASE REMEMBER THE TWIN TOWERS THAT WERE SHOT DOWN IN NYC. GOD BLESS UNITED STATE'S MARINE'S, MILITARY, AIR F3, U.S.S. ALL POLICIE, HOSPITAL'A 🏩😷🙏📲📬

  6. My god someone open a mental health services hospital for these people on the streets they don't know how to take care of theirselves some of them should be in nursing homes but the young ones seem mentally impaired

  7. Send them to work camps. Farming, thin forests, recycle garbage, clean streets, parks. No work, no eat. No drugs, rehab, get meds, learn skills, set goals, make plans. If they learn to work with a smile like the rest of us, send them to halfway house in cheaper city/town with jobs. If not, send them to harsher camp, colder climate, or really hot. Crank up the difficulty. Make them pay, not us. Get these dirty, stinking, lazy bums off our streets.

  8. You can build buildings to house them- they’ll just become crack/meth buildings. You can’t build your way out of drug abuse. Those narcan injections are expensive- how many times do politicians expect people to pay for the drug abusers bad habit?

  9. If Cali can fix their homeless and drug problem, then that’s already half the battle won

  10. Instead of housing the city needs to spend that money on high-end fashion for the homeless so at least they would be nicer to look at and corporations could also put their logos on the tents that the homeless have.

  11. Speechless….the “system” is broken around the country, but god damn Los Angeles. Can’t imagine if a major forest fire occurs or other natural disaster. Mango should be paid at this point.

  12. Trump saying look at LA homeless crisis, yet he owns so much accommodation, One Home Ownership Law , that way people like trump can’t dominate accommodation, you buy a house you live in it simple, the rich want there house to live in and buy 100 more , this greed is why people have to work 2 jobs to make ends meet ,and the poor never get anywhere and there children end up on drugs and homeless because they can’t see a day when things will be just ok

  13. CA State corrupted officials wasted Tax player's , which it should spend to fix homeless problems
Until this issues solved. Fed shall not give fund to CA at all.
