  1. OMG people, go live in Zimbabwe, Africa and you would NEVER call 911 for a splinter!!!! You only call for severe bad accidents, broken bones, etc. You would be called a hypochondriac if you called for a splinter. Jeez.

  2. By the looks of her toenail length, I wonder if she is diabetic 🤔. Then it would make a little more sense why she would call 911; but not really unless her doctor's office is closed. She should be seen by a podiatrist if she or her husband cannot maintain her foot care. I wonder where are her children or grandchildren that they cant make sure " Nana" gets a good pedi at least once a month. Toenail don't grow that fast.

  3. Gotta watch it with splinters in the foot on older people. My mother is in the hospital right now and has been for 3 days because she had one. She let it go thinking it would come out like they did. It didn't. It got infected and her whole foot swole up. Ended up with a staph infection. She should be out tomorrow but still… Gotta watch that stuff…

  4. Surprised shes using paramedics to get out a splinter but has the nastiest toe nails. Its not safe for toe nails to be like that. That can lead to infections more often then splinters. If i was EMS i would offer to cut her nails too(as long as we didnt get another call) she obviously needs help

  5. This is the most expensive splinter ever! Absolutely not an emergency at all! Go to your local doctor the following day! This was a waste of resources!

  6. The paramedic is funny "this is aggravating. Ya ever play operation? Feel like imma get zapped anytime soon" 😂😂

  7. Extremely unprofessional medic.

Chewing gum like a horse , talking down about the call ( she’s a community member and needs assistance ) just overall not a properly well trained medic.

Integrity goes a long ways in life especially in EMS .
