Michigan lawmaker under fire after video of arrest shows her ‘super drunk’

7. Yeah every lawmaker has pretty much the same video and they continue to make laws and that's why we're in this mess.

8. Coming from another country I've never understood why a lot if not all of the law enforcement people do the "walk a straight line" when they now have the uses of a Breathalyzer machine which is pretty accurate and a hell of a lot quicker than this rubbish. Plus, once the laws get written in for the use of it, like if you don't take a test you will automatically go to jail for a formal breath test or you will be before the courts for a suitable punishment. I (think) that they can also do a blood analysis on subjects but please don't quote me on this.
   I'm assuming the lack of general use is also entwined in the feeling of the rights of the Constitution but I wouldn't know and I assume that a drunk/drugged driver has more rights than his/her victims and we wouldn't want to upset the driver would we?
