This would probably happen when parents were denying what the administration was saying was a safety issue for the child and that the safety issues believed imminent were dangerously possible in the child’s near future. Having a time away from harmful threat, whatever it is, definitely increases the chances of harm reduction and gives time for more mental stability to happen and gives time for family and school to come up with a plan of support for the near future. This was likely a thing that happened more than once and the Admin thought that it was downplayed each time.

16. The child already had already been diagnosed with a mood disorder and ADHD. I don't understand why she was mainstreamed. It's not fair to place children in schools with people who have no training to teach students with such severe mental illnesses.
