3. I had an SUV crash into my office once, right through the window I'd walked away from just seconds prior. The driver of the car was in her fifties, a little frail lady, that just happened to have a low blood sugar episode while pulling into our parking lot. Moral of the story: quit blaming alcohol for what very well could've been a health issue.

19. How do you get so far into a building with just the parking lot as a run up… like that school isn't next to a road theres a parking lot in between them and the road… was she stepping on the gass until the engine blew out against the wall

20. This country needs more car control. Background checks before you can buy a car and no one should be allowed to own a fully automatic car! That's a weapon of war. They are designed in a way that intentionally allows you to kill lots of people very quickly. Cars kill hundreds of thousands of people every year. When will Congress finally crack down on these unsafe cars?!

"Language barriers" have no impact on one's ability to drive, "common sense" barriers however are more than likely the culprit, as many travel to other countries on vakay where the traffic signs are in foriegn languages and they still manage to get around. Pictographs dominate nearly all forms of traffic communication, arrows, curves, colored shapes (stop signs are of a universal color/shape regardless of what language they are in)

ABC wouldn't ID them. So I don't think it would be too far of a stretch to guess that yes, it was an illegal.
