11. I need more information, and some basic questions answered, in this story. How on earth did that child end up there? Who was (supposed to be) watching him!? Journalism nowadays doesn't even answer the 5 W + H questions! I don't know when this trend became acceptable, nor why the bar has been set so low, but it's shoddy work!
