  1. This is how Filipino cops should treat drug addicts here instead of treating them like animals and being surprised why they turn out heartless or turn to crime, with there false statstics blaming drugs for high crime, when really its the product of the previous corrupt administrations courrption, lack of education which created poverty. Sometimes hardheaded people just need someone who will listen to understand them

  3. As a human being suffering, sometimes knowing someone sees you, and tells you your life matters, your life stories, and that you deserve to live pain free. That might be what he needs to hang onto what life he has left and share that life with those who love him

  4. This superior individual is the best kind of what Tulsans heart and pride are like. I left for military but Tulsa is home. Truly good people reside here

  5. Are they allowed to just search people without consent?… personally, I think the police should quit patronising people, just respect people.. make the offer of putting them in touch with professionals to get help if they want it, and leave it there. We all have to take different paths through life, we have no idea what each other could be going through.

  6. My man how beautiful you’re . You brought down my tear too . Super human 🙌🏾💗

  7. Folks, they’re are plenty of police officers like this in the world that care and wanna make the world a better place.
