31. The death rate in Italy is huge compared to other countries. I have some worry that the virus may have mutated again. China saw two strains of covid19 (L and S strains). The L strain branched off of the original S strain and was considered more virulent and infectious. It looks as if the covid19 strain in Italy is even more deadly than the L strain from China.

You get it and your immune system starts building antibodies immediately.     No, it's a viral infection. If you get it, your body either fights off the infection and you build antibodies, or you die. Unless it mutates–and it could–you fight off the viral strain and become IMMUNE to it.
