  1. Is there a way I can possibly get this for myself? I just moved to Suwon and I'm in self quaratine and was pretty much provided instant ramen and rice
    Id love some fruits

  2. I think I just got one of these boxes of food- I’m so grateful- this is so kind and something that would never happen where I’m from in the US

  3. 역시코리아!

  7. Korea had a tradition called "Kimjang" that a family will make enough Kimchi to last thru wintertime at the late fall or early winter. When I was little,my mother bought a couple of thousands of cabbages each year to do Kimjang. She said it was too much work for her alone and invited about 20 neighbors to help her out.She would fix them meals and snacks. Our family only needed about 50 heads of Napa cabbages and some radishes so I used to wonder why my parents made such a large job of it that lasted for days.Until I grew up,I did not understand the reason behind it.These families did not have enough resources to do proper Kimjang. My parents would send each families enough kimchi, meat and fruits to survive thru the winter. As Korea had traditions of helping each other during occasions like weddings or funeral and sharing food, these families were glad to help my mother and my mother was happy to share. All thru my growing up years,we watched that people survived the hard times by helping each other.Korea is not perfect as any other country, but the people unite at the critical times. That is why they managed to survive 5,000 years of not-always-easy history. 🇰🇷 🇺🇸

  8. Why are governments in Canada & the USA not offering these types of services? This would prevent people who should be self- quarantining going grocery shopping!! Bottom line – people need to eat & not everyone has someone who is willing to shop & deliver food to them, and lots of elderly folks (pensioners) can ot afford delivery services to do this!! Wake up Canada & USA!!

  9. 응원한다고 적혀있는 작은 한마디가 감동으로 다가오네요.. 미국에서는 찾아보기 힘든 갬성..

  14. You know what? Korean Gov send text message to whole people in the nation everytime when they find new confirmed case(for free and Very helpful.) The text informs you the area where the person was confirmed and the places confirmed person visited, so that other people can avoid the places before government finish the disinfection on those places. This prevent spreading of the virus.

  15. 의료진분들, 봉사자분들, 정부, 모두 정말 수고 많으십니다 우리 조금만 더 힘내요! 감사하고요 다들 손 잘 씻고 되도록 외출하지 말고 건강합시다

  16. Korea has been invaded many countries surrounding Korea in history. In addition, They have had many difficulties times which was Japan colony period , 6.25 war, IMF and so on.
So Korean people know how to overcome it. They are sand in the shore in usual time but they became wet sand whenever encounter adversities.

  17. Koreans are calm even in this situation. The government does their job on time, share every information with citizens clearly and transparently. citizens are not in panic and not panic byuing. Everything is available at supermarkets. No empty shelves. Plenty of food and toilet papers of course. The government, medical staffs, volunteers, all work cohesively in perfect harmony. There are plenty of volunteers who are willing to sacrifice their precious time to help other people in need of help. They handle this virus issue very professionally without jeopardizing economy. Other countries must take notes from S. Korea. Plus, they have an excellent healthcare system, probably the best healthcare system in the world.

See the fire in the sky
We feel the beating of our hearts together
This is our time to rise above
We know the chance is here to live forever
    For all time

    Hand in Hand we stand
    All across the land
    We can make this world
A better place in which to live

    Hand in Hand we can
    Start to understand
    Breaking down the walls
That come between us for all time
    Arirang

    Everytime we give it all
We feel the flame eternally inside us
Lift our hands up to the sky
The morning calm helps us to live in harmony
    For all time

    Hand in hand we stand
    All across the land
    We can make this world
A better place in which to live

    Hand in Hand we can
    Start to understand
    Breaking down the walls
That come between us for all time
    Arirang

    Hand in hand we stand
    All across the land
    We can make this world
A better place in which to live

    Hand in Hand we can
    Start to understand
    Breaking down the walls
That come between us for all time

Hand in hand (Breaking down the walls between us)
Hand in Hand (Breaking down the walls)
