    　しかしながら、一方でSNSでは今も卑劣に自殺を煽り続け命を奪おうとする輩がいることも事実です😊。　　　　今、日本では木村花さんの事件が起き、ネット上の誹謗中傷や自殺煽りが社会問題になっているにもかかわらず、いまだに私がよく見ている法曹という裁判官、検察官、弁護士を目指す法務省が主催する予備試験という試験の受験生が集う５ちゃんねるの｢予備試験スレ｣では１受験生のハンドルネームを名指しであげて｢死ねや｣とほぼ毎日執拗に自殺を煽り続けている荒らしがいます。
    　本来、制止しなければならない立場を目指す受験生のスレでこのような荒らしが暴れていることは深刻な事態だと思っています。
    　しかしながら、もっと深刻なことはその１受験生の自殺をほぼ毎日必死に煽り続けていたり、携帯を監視し続けていたりする荒らしは本当の受験生ではないということですね。　　　

    　そこに、今の司法試験予備試験の不正の闇、法務省職員の不正の闇があります。
    　つまり、三年前の法務省職員の不正の口封じか、証拠隠滅の為に今当時の被害者受験生が必死に自殺を煽り続けられていたり、粘着して受験妨害の嫌がらせを受けていたりしていたのでしょう。携帯を常時監視され続けていたのは、加害者にとっては被害者は不安材料ですから、被害者の動向を監視せざるをえなかったのでしょう。被害者は不正の体験者ですから。
