I live in San Diego and I need help with an abusive dog situation should I steal the dog I need help saving this dog it’s getting beaten for barking because it wants to be fed because it’s starved and stuck in a cage with no cushions or bedding at all please help me I witnessed it with my own eyes and I’m disgusted: I’ve called the San Diego humane society multiple times and nobody has done anything about it
