The heroin was the only thing making him feel okay probably lol, he wasn’t hurting in the first shots but at the end after giving him the narcan you can see him in visible pain

Jaywalking is really only dangerous if you're high…. Or drivers are high and not paying attention. I highly doubt that kid was only going 15mph though but yeah hopefully this will teach that man not to get high and go for a walk!

I feel bad for the guy who hit him. He was obviously distraught and it wasn't his fault. The guy that got hit is lucky the driver was only going fifteen.
