I know that this may sound strange (and, honestly, this might be a case of drawing connections where there aren't any), but has anybody else noticed a significant increase in the ability to gain muscular strength and endurance since this pandemic hit? Usually, for me, it takes at least a month for me to see any strength and endurance gains, but lately, those gains seem to be accelerated to the point where it only takes 1-2 weeks to see significant results.
