7. This is truly ridiculous. Wearing a mask without a filter on it means you are Re-breathing your own CO2 and any thing your body is naturally clearing itself of…thus concentrating different types of waste in the body. The body was not meant to re-breath it's own CO2 and the heat makes it worse.
