This was 1320Video’s introduction to drifting, we went to a friends event at Mid America Motorplex and right away hopped into this insane ~600hp 2JZ powered Lexus and got a good taste of what the sport is all about!

  1. Love the turbo'd 2JZ sounds and the smoking tires. This guy is a drift pro in my book he's far from amateur. This is 1320video's first drifting video that they've ever added to their playlist.Awesome video guys! Look forward to seeing more drifting videos!!

  2. Oh yeah, well you're a big doodie head with a big poopie brain. I was just fucking around bro. I know what drifting is.

  3. love drifting…but its always confused me as to how smoke gets in the cab when you are moving forward doing like 50 60 mph

  4. I'm sorry dude. I was totally fucking around by playing dumb. Got to give you credit for not losing your mind with my troll replies. lol. Although you did teach me about the Supra engine being a 2jz. That I really did not know. The whole drifting thing I was being a troll.

  5. 2jz-gte Is a 6 cylinder. It is a 3.0 Liter inline 6 from a Toyota Supra. The reason the swapped the engine is for durability and power. A 2jzgte can handle very large amounts of power without having to worry about the engine decimating itself.

  6. Nah, I drive pretty fast not slow. Why would there be a Supra engine in a Lexus? They should leave the Lexus engine alone. I thought it was an inline 6 not a 2 cylinder. Im confused. help.

  7. you must be really old to not know what drifting is!. go to google search up "DRIFTING" then once you read the concept of drifting, go back to google then search up Formula-D, and then go back to youtube and watch drifting videos

  8. You obviously have never drifted. I've drifted for a while now. Both in my RX7 and tried it with my mustang. I've also taken my Mustang up to 180MPH. no fun there. 10 sec 1/4. Wasn't having any trouble keeping it straight. literally it takes just a little to keep the tires straight right when you launch, after that, it's easy. Along with that Drifting put you under more of a mental load as if you continue to drift corner after corner, your concentration will wear down after a while.

  9. Next time you get to ride along drifting that fast let me know….mean while i'll get on the highway after work at hit 257kph…i'm not going compare fear to fiction…

  10. Then you must not have a fast enough car….not everyone can drive in a straight line fast…Drifting "sweet spot" is the point you don't need throttle or brake, which you must not understand from lack of experience…hitting the apex at speed is limited to speed, you cannot simply keep going faster into that corner, there is a speed limit… again, you are speaking from what you imagine it must feel like…ignorance is bliss isn't it…
