  1. What an amazing therapist with the knifes. I mean, wow, what a perfect placement to help the world 💜

  2. “I am the thinker. I am NOT the thought” that sentence changed me.

  3. I wonder if Nicole freaks out over her own k sounds. Just in the first few minutes I've heard her say talk, freak, speak, fork… ?

  4. The doubt disease, yeah I see that. The lady with the issues with the hands, especially her mom's. Strange how she never had an issue with her dad's hands? The other lady mentally killing ppl?? Yeah, SCARY. Kudos to that lady's therapist. Love the therapists, so much patience and did a great job. Interesting to see where these 2 women are today.

  5. I’m just beginning to see this episode, but I think the first lady may have sensory needs that could be confused with OCD….or she might have both. Sensory needs also cause anxiety issues.

  6. 👁️👃👁️
    👄
    I made a face.

  7. Not sure if this OCD but rather a sensory processing disorder combined with OCD. It doesn’t make sense that her OCD only manifests with her mom and brother!

  8. Trina! Girl, I wanted to say that I’m so so proud of you!!! OCD makes you believe your intrusive thoughts. You are so much greater than your thoughts! These intense exposures will help you realize your power over your thoughts by simply engaging in different behaviors! Everyone experiences some type of intrusive thoughts. You’re doing the BEST thing by getting the proper help and taking a risk, which is something many cannot do. I’m EXTREMELY proud of you!!

  9. I used to be very sensitive about wet raisins when they puff up and dried cracked soap bars and cluster of things, bit I no longer find that a problem.
