   The guy did not pull over and drove 1.5 miles, was not following commands, they told him many times to get out of the car, and they told him to put his hands out the window several times, he was just doing his own thing at his own pace.

   ABC over editing the video to make it something different than what it was, that's why you always have to look up another source or you will be mislead.

   The cop should have not said you should be afraid after getting frustrated. The guy should have never acted like he did.

26. The 2 cop was stup**. They ask him to keep his hand out of the windows and then ask him to come out while his seatbelt was on and the cars door locked. If he trying to reach to open up his seatbelt, they must be though he is trying to reach something like a gun and bam!! They scared him by yelling and pointing a gun causing him not to do anything. 27. What is needed is motorist training on how to respond when they find themselves forced into a situation with state sanctioned psychopaths pointing weapons. Fortunately the soldier knew not to obey either of the cross commands or he may be shot at close range. That's a lot to process when you know obeying either of the highway men may mean instant death at close range and esp when they are amped up crazy with power.
    This could have been really bad, given the actors, but his calm and cool handling of the death threats allowed him to avoid further action. He should start a training school for vulnerable populations with the millions we hope he is paid, although it doesn't compensate for the fear and terror he is left with

30. with all due respect to everyone I want to point out to all viewers that is only a very MINIMAL porcentage of police officers that behave badly as this ONE officer here; imagine that there are about 12,000 Police Departments with an estimated almost 700,000 active full time officers thru out the USA; being said that 99.9%of the Law enforcement force out there are EVERY DAY HEROES proudly serving our communities, risking their lives FOR ALL of US, so we can't be poisoned by these incidents. The law has to act on these disgraced officers, that don't even are a 1% of the entire force in the country. It is very UNFORTUNATE AND OUTRAGEOUS that things like this are happening but we can't judge EVERY officer for the wrongdoing of a MINIMAL few, remember: almost 700,000 officers out there.
    ATTENTION COMPETENT AUTHORITIES: you have to "NIPPET in the BUTT" and get the Law enforcement force cleaned up of these minimal percentage of bad officers, and apply the FULL weight of the Law to the ones found guilty of wrongdoing; is not impossible to scope and get rid of those few.

31. I much as I support Law enforcement I also condemned Police abuse, and things are going over the limit in the entire country. I think that the Federal Government should step in and make a general emergency Law enforcement meeting with all police chiefs of the nearly 12,000 Law enforcement agencies thru out the entire country to come up with a immidiate plan to prevent these incidents to ever happen, and create ban especial commision to "scour" the law enforcement force of individuals like this human waste ex officer; is not impossible to accomplish.

38. Okay, first off I was in the Army for 9 years and I can tell you that just because you are in the uniform doesn't make you any less of a threat or exempt from the law. What this video fails to show is that this dude drove 1.5 miles without stopping after being lit up. Also, you can't even see the temp tag in the window, so how are the cops supposed to see if he is a threat or not (until they approached and who says that couldn't change with the sketchy way he is acting). I also find it very unlikely that these cops could see what race this dude was doing 30 – 40 at night with that much tint and how dark it is in the background. He also had a firearm at his right leg (who knows how he got on post) and consistantly refused to do what he is told. The guy is acting super suspicious, regardless if he is in uniform. This cops even de-escalated from firearm to OC spray. I also love the "I serve this country" line, I'm sure he says that at Denny's all the time.

    I'm not saying the cops did everything right, but this LT shouldn't get a free pass either.

    Please stop being spoon-fed BS and go look this stuff up yourselves.

He was told 15 times to get out of his vehicle or put his hands out the window yet he only gave them an elbow and sat in the driver seat until he was pepper sprayed AFTER evading them for over a mile.

45. narration references 100 seconds to pull over… should have just pulled over promptly and not driven for 1min 40 seconds (1-2 miles after being lit up). <5 min clarification and "thanks for the service" and you would have been on your way if you would have. what did you expect? maybe get out of the car and comply after the police order you ~20 times to do it too. you were warned of force and pepper spray coming soon if you stayed in car. i wouldn't judge you a victim here, just dumb. pull your pants up soldier. be a man.
