  1. The virus spreads because the self serving low lives will go to gyms and cycling classes while being symptomatic. This virus ain't going anywhere, too many idiots and entitled lames everywhere.

  2. not all the gyms are doing that the one I went it was Planet Fitness and it is they're lazy they're not cleaning after the customers oh yeah they're doing a little bit of cleaning but not all the time and people are not wearing masks on Planet Fitness that's the reason I cancel my account on Planet Fitness .

  3. Gyms been open since June 1st in ohio and schools opened in August. Funny how since schools reopened i seen an increase of covid. But when gyms reopened, i have not heard a thing. Why is that?

  4. I like the precautions the gyms are taking, but it's moot if members don't wear a mask. At the VASA in Bountiful, Utah, none of the members are wearing a mask.

  5. My gym reopened June 1. It’s safe. It’s fine. We just expanded hours. Open 5-12, then close 2 hours to deep clean, open 2-7. Deep clean.

Repeat. Yesterday I went from 10-11:15. There were 12 people in there. And it’s a good sized building.

  6. Not about cleaning! Air borne pathogens! Work at hospital know about what safe and not . Miss the gym , charge my life ! Have worry if come contact virus without knowing spread family others ! Rather wait be safe! If not to me say what’s safe or not . We all can make own choices

  7. I teach group fitness and If the weather permissible we take members outside. It's almost impossible to teach with a face mask. I do see people with them on. Inside I don't see anyone participating in wearing a mask

  8. Dude, with all the heavy breathing and sweating? YOU ARE OUT OF YOUR MIND? This is EXACTLY how you contract the COVID 19 virus. They sent me a letter stating you must wearing a mask while exercising. Who the hell can get a good workout in a mask?…give it up dude. Until there's a vaccine and effective treatment Im good with my resistance bands, spin bike and pneumonia-free lungs AT HOME.

  9. Fortunately as a marathoner I do just fine running outside and x training by hiking additionally. Cases are going up here in San Antonio—the top culprits? They are saying the GYMS and BARS.

  10. It's too hard to enforce social distancing and making sure people are wearing their masks all the time.
All that talk about keeping the gym safe is great; but in the end, it's still not going to be safe.

  11. I love the gym. I legit workout 6 days a week, and it killed me these past few months. I plan to go back but I plan to wear 2 mask, and I plan to workout less than 40-50 mins. I also plan to only work out 3 days a week in a gym instead of 6.. The rest of my workouts I will do at home….

  12. If you ain't getting any exercise without a gym and trying your best with body weight exercising. Then most likely you're excited to get back to the gym just to perv out or talk story. lol 😜

  13. RIP Gym. No one can be trusted to keep machines and weights clean. People are aerosolizing sweat and saliva constantly. Better to work out at home and be outside.
