Take a ride along in a Camaro at SCT OKC’s Drag Race day as it effortlessly pulls the wheels for the first 100 feet of the track. Very simple setup, very fun results. Not sure if I’d enjoy the giant wheelie or winning the race more, but he had to choose one at this race!

  1. Damn, really nice. Hope my car runs similar to this one day.
I got the motor built with stock crank but 6"inch forged rods and wiseco forged pistons. Ported heads by the master Loyd and intake along with the cam he recomended. Just need an upgraded 4l60e and rear to go along with the rest of the build. Oh and have a yank 3600 runnin on the stock 4l60e.
    One day… One day…

  2. Suspension is rigged to wheelie. LT1 has enough bottom end to lift the car, damn near stock… it just gets WASTED threw wheel spin and suspension. If you engineer the tipping point Just right, and make sure your wheels get absolute Hook, little over 300tq is all it takes.

  3. i have a street LT-1 camaro convertible and i really like the engine lowrpm torque a very over looked engine mine was ordered with a g92 option its not all out race but just a good engine the low torque pulls are nice for passing and it gets fair mileage definitely a over looked engine

  4. I have complete respect for that dude for admitting he needed a turbo to beat those pesky fox bodies, thats what a man does when he has a fully developed pair of testicles and doesn't live his life behind a keyboard,

  5. Go with AUTO,   ITS    FASTER shifts quicker, en has a constant pull , STICK is more en more OUT.

  6. Clean looking car, and pretty well sorted out, I like it!

Nothing like the sound of a nasty LS though! The white WS6 he ran first, sounds good!
