26. The election for president is not Trump’s jurisdiction. It is the state authority to conduct elections which are reported to the federal election commission. He has no authority to demand states conduct their elections in any way. However, he is setting it up for Republican controlled states to forbid mail in voting. People will die as a result if the pandemic worsens at that time. Data shows it is likely to. I will be voting by mail but if I could not, I would risk it to vote him out of office.
