That little boy reads his mom's anxiety. 'im scared' 'that too high (elevator)'
Agoraphobia is no joke I stayed in my home for 1 year one time never leaving! I went on vacation I thought I was going to die I packed all my stuff up at 3am to get back home! I knew I was safe at home anywhere else I was sure to die in my mind. I hope they really get help for this.
Anybody who has not had a panic attack can never understand. It truly feels like you are dying. Picture swimming in the ocean all alone and you go under the water and open your eyes and you see a great white shark swimming right at you. That moment of panic is what a panic attack feels like but for hours. And worse.
Sucks for these people because agoraphobia feeds on itself. Once you stop leaving the house everything outside becomes scarier and scarier until you’re forced to believe that the only safe place is your home. What are you really supposed to do is to do exposure therapy by making yourself leave that comfortable little by little and realizing you can conquer it.
I look at that bridge, and I feel ya, Babe. I only recently got over my fierce bridge without panic. It took 28 years.
Wow this is the problem I’ve been dealing with. I didn’t have the words for it before. I have been doing some things but I know I need thereby everything just so hard with this n COVID on top 🙁
Al has beautiful eyes.
Woah… his 10 is not that bad. He can overcome this more than he thinks. When I’m a 10, my throat closes up and I can’t talk or breathe. I’ll sweat buckets, my eyes go blurry, my left arm and fingers goes numb, along with left side of my face. Like I literally feel and look like I’m dying.
Wow! I thought it was just me having or feeling this kind of troubles " Anxiety"!
I have always have a very difficult hard life since very young; but I never knew or hear about the word Anxiety until recently around my 50's. When I was in my 30's, when we move n going through various changes, my 16 yr old (born premature) daughter starting exhibiting many bizarre/obsessive behaviors, eventually dignosed bipolar etc, the extra stress trigger or start my disorders too. Now I know or have heard that can be hereditary. It's useful to see that we aren't along n that this are some very real issues.
This gives me anxiety.
Oh my god, the first guy is so relatable. I’ve been battling a panic disorder
Is it just me or does Tammy's daughter have the one sign of eye or brain cancer I dont remember which one it is….but when in photos and in video the eye is not supposed to reflect and look white like that o.o
He is 56 and has an 18 yo grandchild. They each must have started having babies at at 18 yo.
We went outside to “get a breath of air .while smoking a cigarette
I've only have had one panic attack in my life and I can only describe it as a feeling of intense dread and, overwhelming intense feelings that you are about to die, heart racing and this is all intense and hit you like a brick wall out of nowhere
That bridge makes me nervous and I’ve never even been on it.
I watched this and I got my first panick attack
So proud of all of you! I have this too & am trying to fight my way out with God’s help. To you two, Al & Violet… you did GREAT in supporting and leading the way! And you two daughters… huge congrats and WAAAAY to
GO GO GOOOO😃â£ï¸ÂÂ
Al is nuttier than an outhouse at a peanut festival. Poor guy knows he has a problem, seems like he is not interested in working on the cure.
