if my a third of my life was wasted like this i would kill myself there is nothing you can’t make up for this time i hate jail and everything with the law system i’m really scared of cops and everything because of this falsely accused situations
Well, he can't get his 25 years back, not even millions of dollars will help him.
Yayyyyyyyyyyy amén ðŸ™ÂÂðŸÂ½
Omg poor man
It's a terrible day for rain.
The pain in his eyes tell everything
Wrongly convicted and a forced confession surely he is in for some major compensation?
Oh goodness this made me cry. Hope he gets compensation.
HE IS A STRONG MAN!!!!
Imagine what he must have felt when he got life sentence in prison for something he hasn't done.
I cried poor guy they owe him big time
The detectives responsible should be in jail
in Usa , are there cameras in every court ?
I hope he will do great in future. He still have many opportunities.
he should be able to commit crimes now without going to jail for it
His emotions got the best of me. I'm glad he's a free man. Maintained his innocence throughout the whole ordeal and that's helped him in the long run.
This moved me in to tears
God bless you ðŸ™ÂÂðŸ™ÂÂðŸ™ÂÂ
Better late than nate….
I've watched this a few times. Most awesome touches my heart every time
“It’s enough to make a grown man cry… and that’s okâ€ÂÂ
of course he got out, his attorney was saruman the white
I hope he has a good life now 😇😇😪
It is estimated that between 2.3 percent and 5 percent of all U.S. prisoners are innocent. With the number of incarcerated Americans being approximately 2.4 million, by that estimate as many as 120,000 people may be incarcerated as a result of wrongful conviction.
The reason innocent people go to prison is because is like a placebo for the inept people in the system, they want to "make pretend" they are working when in reality they were too lazy to do their job.
:hydrate:
One of my biggest fears is to be wrongfully accused
ðŸ‘ÂÂðŸ‘ÂÂðŸ‘ÂÂðŸ‘ÂÂðŸ‘ÂÂðŸ‘ÂÂðŸ‘ÂÂ
Me just sitting here wondering how good it smells in the court room
I’m sorry but no evidence, no this, and no that and he was still…. Jesus Christ since he was 16!!!!!
People are talking about compensation and revenge but both of those are useless. The best thing he can do is use this experience to make himself stronger, and live the best life he can live with his remaining time. Sometimes that's all we can do. And this is coming from someone who endured 18 years of severe trauma, isolation, psychiatric commitment and abuse. I wish I had those years back too but it's about cherishing my liberation now. I wish him the very best and may he receive abundance in all of the areas he was lacking in before 🖤🌻
Crazy how he didn't get pay for all those years behind bars
Saruman as defense attorney
Good man
the thought of staying in prison for 25 years knowing u didn't do anything but having no evidence to prove otherwise is just terrifying
Disgusting to read so many comments condemning the detectives, but not the actual murderers. You're all sick in the head!
The ages 16-40 WASTED in jail?????…. those are literally the best years of your life. Are you kidding me. I’m so angry WTH..?? Literally nothing makes up for that. Nothing. I don’t get this system my god. Why.
u would go to jail for 29 yrs if you pay me every year
our court system needs to be far more dilligent and far more efficient in admitting new evidence, judges and prosecutors should NOT have a say in whether exonerating evidence can be entered. Our current VP kept a black man locked up for a crime he didn't commit, despite evidence exonerating him. She refused to allow it in while she was lead prosecutor in california, until she was forced to by a court. Tulsi Gabbard shredded her to pieces over it during the debates last year.
someone's life in the speech of another man
Money wouldn't replace the years he lost while wrongfully imprisoned
No amount of money will ever get that time back. ðŸ˜â€Â
So, where's his compensation for that wrongful imprisonment, hmm? I'm sure it would go a long way to putting those kids of his through college and whatnot.
He should be paid for the same amount of million dollars for the same amount of years he spent in jail!
25 years of freedom lost for the crime he did not commit. How painful, how unfair, just how torturous it would have been for him. For every single day of those 25 years. I really can't imagine how hard it must have been for him
I hope he and his family is well
