  1. car probably ran with 2400-2800whp up there so my guess is the car would pull 6.30sec@225mph in normal conditions but man id love to see Doug Cline race at texas invitational haha

  2. Fucking LOVE Doug's car- what a champ, all steel and badass as they come… I know there are quicker cars in his class at Drag Week and prob at this meet too, but he gets extra street cred for being all steel in my book.

  3. Pueblo track sucks dick , few miles from my shop here. the first drag race I ever seen there I watched a guy smash into the wall 120K+ out the window.    Every time I race there 1 lane is always better. Cross winds and shitty cars that ruin test a tune nights makes for shit fest. lucky to run once.

  4. Fast cars like this do nothing for me. If it doesn't have practical use on the street it's not really a car to me. Sure they are cool to see, but if you can't dig it at a stoplight with other dudes you meet then it just doesn't do it for me. 700hp is about my hp limit for any car. Then it just gets stupid and pointless. 250-400hp is the best for daily driving while still having a car that will smoke most others at stoplights. 400-700hp is Saturday night latenight digs. And anything above that is hauled in a trailer to a drag strip. Which to me isn't what cars are really about.
