  1. I know how they feel💔mine just isn’t as severe, I have the control to hide mine 90% of the time, I resonate more with sahrin though❤️

  2. Can you imagine being constantly terrified that something bad could happen to your family because of you? It’s gotta be just overwhelming. Think of how far you would go to keep your family safe? I’d do anything. But these people’s rationally is a little off kilter. But I understand and I urge others to try and understand.

  3. Sarihn would DIE at my house! I had an amputation in December and b4 that I was in a wheelchair for a couple months so my house work load is compromised bc of my slow healing.

  4. Did they really blur a pregnant belly because she may have had stretch mark or something I’ve never ever seen a blurred pregnant belly. (Unless she specifically asked to have it blurred)

  5. so, she's a germaphobe, cleaning nonstop, but at 7:15, strings her germy garbage bag around her doorknob? and uses her germy gloves to take it off?? Oookay.

  6. with all do respect, i wonder how sarah is doing this time around in the year 2020. ya know. with covid19 and all. :/ hope

  7. What I don't get is she is freaking out about germs . But yet she goes out to eat . Knowing someone else prepared he rdood?? 💡 💡

  8. Dr. Craig April is wrong… You CAN control your thoughts. Whether you'd like to believe it or not, the brain is very malleable, so it is in YOUR total control what you want your internal dialogue to be. Whatever you tell yourself will be, because the brain is also very powerful. You can convince yourself of just about anything and it will become your reality, that's just how the brain works; that's what's called the law of attraction. YOU can make that decision to change your line of thinking, and it can either improve your life drastically, or hinder it entirely, it's up to you. And if you have a hard time shifting your internal dialogue, that's where therapy and counseling come in. And if it's a chemical problem in the brain, medicine can be a beneficial aid. But a lot of the time people get inside their own heads too much, so they get depressed because they negative self-talk too much and are unable to convince themselves to see a different perspective of things. Some people have more of an aptitude to do this than others, so like I said, therapy or counseling may be a beneficial aid to those who need it.

  9. Exposure Therapy looks pretty traumatizing to the person. It seems to be pretty effective though in treating OCD. I just wish there was a way that was easier on the person.

  10. i used to be like this when i was kid. would check the locks and stove like 15-20 times before going to bed. always thought i left the door open or gas on. thank god i grew out of it.

  11. I have this too. Some days are worse than others. Sometimes I can hide it. Sometimes I can't. Other times it's constant thoughts in my mind

  12. So… when’s the last time you scraped your tongue? That took me out 😂

  13. This an old episode…I pray this pandemic of Covid19 hasn't spiraled for her or others with the same condition 🙏

  14. It bothers me that they don’t discuss medication at all in this show. Ocd is a brain disorder and there are very few patients who can make a real improvement with CBT alone. It paints a picture of an illness that is purely mind over matter. CBT is absolutely an effective therapy but it is one tool in the toolkit. To imply CBT can “cure” ocd is disingenuous.

  15. Oh my god I had the same issue with the seam in my socks too when I was a little girl. My ocd is thankfully well managed by medication but it’s so terrible to never have peace.

  16. This might be a bit much, but Ian is fine af…. sarihn, if you don’t wanna kiss him, send him my way

  17. Its crazy how these people with contamination disorder don't realize that when you're standing next to someone you are ingesting their skin cells that they are constantly shedding. You're welcome 😈

  18. Less than 3 years ago, they had a baby and he didnt handle it well. So what do they do? Have another baby. Genius.

  19. My OCD is triggered by her opening the door to go outside and throw bathroom trash with the dirty yellow cleaning gloves now the door handle has germs unless she sanitized it afterwards!

  20. So I know this is a real issue with people but this chick, she's terrified of germs but yet cleans with gloves on then goes and touches everything, including her face and hair, with those filthy gloves..!.. my sister has OCD BAD and she's worse than this, it's awful..
