  1. Ayyy he got 25-50 lets goooo🙅🏻‍♂️

  2. Love how he stopped smiling n started shaking in his boots when he realized he could go to prison for life for being a heartless piece of trash lmao, I hope he did.

  3. To be honest
The defendant better be grateful that the victim’s family didn’t reject the sentencing! They had every right! The defendant thought it was a joke.

  4. Smiling as a way of expressing fear is one thing, but to double down on that by saying to the court, and the victim's family that he'll "be home soon, R.I.P Keon. I love my family" is absolutely disrespectful. That judge should've exercised his authority and rejected the plea deal imo.

  5. He shot someone in the back of the head ? I'm not sure what you may think but that is an execution to me. I don't care how old he is you take a life you just gave up yours. At the very least he should be doing life behind bars.

  6. Ahhh.. what a shame parents of the victim took such a stupid decision. I would say any proven killings should be a fixed sentence for life, no questions asked

  7. I'm tired of all this it's time to call a spade a spade people of color are different the act that they don't care about human life and then look like The Missing Link

  8. I used to always smile and/or laugh when I got nervous, anxious, or even scared, so…I can see it, but who knows? Of legal interest is that judges don’t often move anyway NEAR as far as this judge did in terms of potentially not accepting a plea deal made between the DA and the defendant!!
(And I’m sure that scared the defendant pretty badly…yet I noticed that he did manage to stop smiling and laughing at that point…smart of him and his lawyer to let his lawyer read out his statement at the end…)

  9. Not so hard when he realised he may never get out of prison, he is not sorry of how he acted during the impact statement and he meant to laugh in the grieving families face

  10. land of the free. more incarcerated per capita than any country on earth. most incarcerated ppl in history.

  11. He is smiling because he’s thinking about all the sausage he is going to get in prison. I can’t imagine why else he’d be smiling.

  12. Yeah that smile went away real quick when he realized wasn't getting out. Lucky that family was very forgiving. If it was me I would have ended up trying to get him for 25-life. they're way nicer than me I guess.

  13. One thing that's absolutely certain is that life is hard. And it's even harder when you're stupid. 🤔
