  1. Poor guy. Normally I’m harsh on junkies and think narcan just extends the agony. But not here. You can hear in his voice his anguish and shame. I hope he gets the help he desperately needs.

  2. The medic’s face when the dude vomited 😂

  3. The only thing stopping me from being a paramedic isn't the blood, isn't the broken bones, isn't even the danger. It's all the vomit. Why everybody always puking ugh 🤢🤢🤢

  4. bad batch he injected 5 bags of heroin i dont tjnk it was a bad batch j think its more the facrmt he injected 5 bags in 1 go..

  5. Dayum! Capt Carlos is freakin fine! He saves lives, he's gorgeous wtf! I am born and raised here in NJ but my town definitely doesn't have any officer that 🔥 geesus! 😇🙏💪💜🤗 A mom somewhere is super proud she raised him to be an amazing human being. 😉🌞

  6. Hopefully he has to pay for his own ambulance fees and hospital bills, taxpayers should not have to pay a dime. It was his choice to do drugs.

  7. My mans made sure he wasn't copping a case before he went in for that hug💀🤣

  8. Paramedic said 7th overdose of the day. My God. I understand there is debate about them "self inflicting" their situation and their addictions , but putting blame aside momentarily and putting outfront human nature & compassion this is an epidemic. Wondering how it also must take it's toll on medical workers

  9. The sad thing is that narcan is free for all these people that keep doing drugs. But even the smallest tooth ache be costing you 500$

  10. The negative comments. My god. Drugs like heroin take a hold of you without even knowing it. He seems like a good guy who has fell into a dark pit. Quit bashing.

  11. the state's good semaritan act may let the guy not be charged with possession as long as the amount of drugs PD finds on him isnt substantial.
