I feel the under count is unavoidable. The category are grouped incorrectly. The races are questionable.
trump doesn't want illegals to be counted. Since he pays attention to nothing he doesn't know that very few illegals are recorded on the Census because they're afraid. This will get trump nothing.

The obvious intent is to undercount minority populations and steal political power (and Federal funding) from urban centers that tend to vote Democratic. Just another cheap ploy by white supremacists (in other words, Republicans) to maintain power.

The census is questionable at best. I received my original census and did it online, I continued to receive reminders that I needed to complete it. Then I received a reminder that said it was against the law if I didn't complete it. I did it again online and mailed in the form. I still get reminders that I need to complete it.
