23. I don't know what to think, He was dangerous to at least 50% of the population, he did not make bail. Could it be that his family and friends knew how dangerous he was? Could it be that it was placed high to make sure he would not flee. He killed the girl, then fled, only after a car case did he shoot himself.
    This is not the right way to do things, now two are dead, and the courts did not save one soul here.

They asked Alexandria Circuit Court Judge Nolan Dawkins to allow Bouaichi to post bond."

40. This is outrageous! How could a rapist be classified as a "low risk" offender? The legal system failed to protect this young lady from her violent rapist/killer.

41. WTH is there to debate?? He wasn't in jail waiting for a hearing date on some random drug possession or dui charge, he was in jail because of RAPE!!, guess Northern Va judges don't care about women, or women of color.
