  1. That fleeing charge is not gonna fly, that DUI charge isn't even gonna fly either, half decent lawyer would get those dismissed.

  2. It’s funny how he says he didn’t stop and was going high speed but officer never signaled or anything. Not until there were cars in his way he turned on the lights

  3. I dont really think u can prove that he was fleeing. The cop car was really far away. And when he got close he stopped. And also dwi is not usually a felony so I don't think it was necessary to point a gun at his head. Cop was just acting in front of the cameras

  4. This is why innocent people get shot. The police escalated this to guns drawn and pointed at a driver over a DUI.
    Maybe they were just showing off for the camera.
