8. They are lucky. In the Netherlands you pay around 70 euro's. 380 for parking in a handicapped spot. Respectively thats 83 and 450 dollar. Then again, it works because nobody not handicapped will park in a handicapped spot.

23. Cameraman should have done a better job of filming while he was writing the ticket. There is no way for the viewer to ascertain whether this man’s allegation that the ticket writer was standing out of sight in the doorway (which is highly plausible since that’s where the shade was and it was clearly a hot sunny day) is actually true or not. Horrible work by the cameraman, horrible work by the editor, horrible work by everyone involved for not leaving this whole scene on the cutting room floor where it belongs. Do better, A&E.
