6. The thing you found in your dremel box is a dressing stone. It's used to "Re-Dress" ground stones or other abrasive tooling. Be careful if you use it, The bits go everywhere and are an irritant.

16. you can buy a conversion housing. tht then allows you to put in your own bulb from stock hid or led. i have same type of housing with leds in them.
