    Enter the new era, a job interview.
    All candidates should be asked the same questions at the same time.
    The moderator and the candidates should be at separate venues or sets/ rooms. The candidates shall be given an agreed amount of time to answer.
    2 minutes seems to be the norm.
    The responses shall be recorded.
    The moderator will play each response to the viewers.
    The candidates will have their mikes turned off and shall not be allowed to interrupt other candidates.
    The candidates shall be allowed to respond with a recorded rebuttal (2 minutes?)
    The moderator can speak to the viewers about what ever they chose while they await the candidates responses.
    The interview should probably start with an opening statement from the moderator and each candidate and end with a closing statement.
    The era of embarrassing and shameful big jerk debates needs to be another one of America's mistakes it puts in the trash heap.
