    I understand it when it's on paper (like 06:58) but on a handheld you can always go back (at least until you hit that 'PRINT' button). Does it have to do with being a SAFETY violation vs a "less important" one, like an expired meter?

    I don't mean they don't deserve the tickets, I just want a bit of COHERENCE here…
