17. we all probably assume he likely did it, but there is nowhere near enough evidence to convict him. There is NO evidence at all, because hearsay is NOT evidence. We are supposed to rather have 100 guilty men walk free than have 1 innocent man rot in a cell, and this is not how that happens. Whether he did it or not, this trial was a disgrace.

32. I’m only 11 minutes in but had to comment on the footprints in the pond (10:45 ). They said they believed she was in dumped in the pond and then removed. The footprints would imply she was alive at that point, but there’s just not enough evidence to suggest that she was even there.
