I BET YOU 5,000 THAT WIRING IS ALL GOOD COPPER, if you buy the house just find out from City Hall when the last inspection was done on it you could replace the box but I don't see it necessary if the wiring is good just replace all of those old circuit breakers and spray paint the Box gray and you'll be straight
