Did ‘Defund the police’ live up to its promise?

1. let them be…. Theories dont work with people who cant accept there are issues.

2. Also, if you want to apply for the job you say isn't handled..then become a police officer and fix what you want fixed in your town.

   No police to protect your city….how insane is that? Family's can't visit cause they dont feel safe. Crime is up. What's that tell you?

6. 99.9% of all, who wear the "blue", are the epitome of the word hero. When there is a problem, they run toards the problem, while the vast majority run from the problem. They put their lives on the line EVERY MINUTE OF EVERY SHIFT……FOR US!…..BLACK, WHITE, RED ,YELLOW, BLUE, GREEN, MAN, WOMAN , CHILD, OR ANIMAL, GOOD, BAD , VIOLENT or passive, STRAIGHT, GAY, TRANS…..ALL OF US….There are "bad elements/people", in EVERY segment of our society. We need to appreciate and support our LEOS in EVERY way we can, they ARE true heroes in EVERY sense of the word

7. The reason democrats want to defund local state and city police is so they can replace them with federal police who will support new left wing Democrat communist, tyrannical laws. Republican governor and State legislators are passing laws that they will not enforce Biden's unconstitutional orders. So, to enforce them State police need to be replaced by federal police. I predict the democrats next move will be to say we need to federalize all police so they can be held to a unified standard of operation.

11. We have such a huge problem to tackle. Percentage wise I would guess we have the same amount of citizens armed that should be as police officers who shouldn't be. Those are the only ones we want to disarm. How do we accomplish this? We cannot simply continue to do nothing. And the American people have already proven they are willing to give up some rights for safety.
